Had ShockFree out to do a number of jobs for us (removing a baseboard heater, wiring new plugs for an electric fireplace, moving light fixtures etc). Sarah and her assistant (I apologize I did not catch her name) were wonderful. They were on-time, communicative, professional and friendly. Although the work ended up being more time-consuming than initially anticipated, they stuck it out and only left once they had finished the jobs to a very high standard. We are delighted with the quality of work and the friendly, professional service. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of these services, and will certainly be using them again.

Had an urgent issue. They were quick to get someone to the house, diagnose the issue, do a quality repair, and leave clean. Tech Oliver was friendly and knowledgeable…and careful not to let my cats out. I have some other projects to do around the house and will definitely have these folks back.
