Toby was great and put my mind at ease by solving the issue and checking the other thermostats. I was happy that he found a good solution to fix the wiring and didn't have to go into the ceiling which would have been a much bigger job. I think your company is great!

Shockfree upgraded my service to 200 amp and did great work. They also installed an EV charger. Had an issue with a gfci receptacle. Shockfree showed up the same day to address the problem. My experience with Shockfree has been positive throughout and I recommend them to anyone who wants quality work done.
